1. Who runs this site

captainsolo.ca is run by Solomon Olufelo (Captain Solo), Brampton, Ontario. Questions about this policy go to work@captainsolo.ca.

2. What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, the service and budget you pick, and your message. The form sends it to my inbox as an email. The site doesn’t keep a copy in a database.

There are no accounts, no analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and never sent anywhere.

3. How it’s used

• To reply to you and quote or deliver the work you asked about.
• Never sold, rented, or added to a mailing list.

I keep messages for as long as I need them to reply and finish the work, then delete them on request.

4. Services involved

• Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers the contact-form email. Like any web host, it handles your IP address to serve pages and block abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• AirGigs: voice-tag orders placed on AirGigs are covered by AirGigs’ privacy policy.
• Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, GitHub and YouTube take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

Fonts and media are served from this site, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or other third parties just by loading a page.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you’ve sent me. Email work@captainsolo.ca and I’ll handle it within 30 days, in line with Canada’s PIPEDA.

6. Children

This site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
