1. Acceptance of terms

By using captainsolo.ca (the “Service”) you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Captain Solo provides:

  • Voice tag and producer tag creation
  • Web development
  • Videography and video production
  • Related creative services

3. Orders and payments

  • Payment: price, deposit and payment method are agreed in writing for each project before work begins. Voice-tag orders placed on AirGigs are also covered by AirGigs’ terms.
  • Refunds: handled case by case. Once work has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable.
  • Delivery: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. I’ll tell you about any delay.

4. Intellectual property

  • Client ownership: once paid in full, you get full commercial rights to the delivered work, including monetized content.
  • Portfolio use: I may show completed work in my portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise.

5. Revisions

Revisions are listed on each service: 2 for a single voice tag, up to 10 for the Producer Brand Pack, and as agreed in writing for web and video projects. Extra revisions may cost more.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information.
  • Send the materials and feedback the work needs, on time.
  • Use the Service lawfully.

7. Limitation of liability

Captain Solo isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Captain Solo against claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

These terms may change. Material changes are posted on this page with a new date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
